Covid Safety Implementations

At Isabella Grace Bride our mission is to celebrate love and the milestones in life moments.

It is OUR pledge to maintain this promise, even NOW during this challenging time. We choose to celebrate and are determined that no matter what the struggle our spirit cannot be quenched!

We promise to celebrate with you the many different milestones each have to be thankful for and to be heartbroken with you when things did not go exactly as planned.

We promise to continue serving our beloved customers and their families.

We promise to support you as your plans reshape, work with our vendors and designers to get all you need no matter what the date and to go above and beyond to serve each of you our customers.

We promise to continue our mission of celebration and of love.

All bridal will be by appointment only during this pandemic.

We will be limiting each bridal appointment to a maximum of 3 people (including the bride) per appointment. Masks must be worn by all. If the customer does not have a mask we will provide one for them.

Each bride will have a private area dedicated to her and her two guests. This area will be sanitized before each appointment.

No one under the age of 12 or over 70 will be allowed at an appointment for their safety. One of the guests of the bride will dress and clip the bride.

A touch less thermometer will be used to determine if anyone has a fever. Neither an employee nor a guest will be allowed in the salon with a fever.

All merchandise tried on by a customer including wedding gowns, veils, headpieces and the robe also will be be sanitized before being returned to the rack.

UV light air sanitizers will be used throughout the store. The unit recycles the air 3 times per hour to kill germs and viruses.

Bridesmaids groups may only be a group of 3 including the bride. If there are more than 2 bridesmaids the remaining bridesmaids will need to wait in the car until the other 2 leave the store and then 2 other maids will be allowed to enter the store.
